1. What is Bandionaire Clothing?

Bandionaire clothing is a Black owned family lifestyle brand. We are an online store that manufactures and sells branded clothes, including headwear, t-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, etc. Bandionaire features popular collections, such as our Classic Tees, Star Ruby Edition, Sneaker Tees, King Talk Tees, Winter Collection and much more.


2. Do you also sell women apparel?

Yes, we do! Bandionaire makes clothes for both genders. Also, we are expanding  our Star Ruby Edition with more women products and very soon we will be adding kids apparel to our collection as well. Stay updated by signing up for our email list.


3. How do I place an order on Bandionaire’s website?

You can place an order for any item of your choice by clicking on that item. This will navigate you to the product page, where you will see the product descriptions and specifications. From the item page, select your specifications, including the size, color, and quantity, then click on “BUY IT NOW” to proceed to the payment and shipping information page. Once you have submitted your payment method and shipping address, you can then proceed to checkout.


Meanwhile, if you would like to shop for more than one item, all you have to do is to select your preferred specifications on the product page and click on “ADD TO CART” and continue shopping for more items.


4. Does Bandionaire have a physical store I can order from?

No! Bandionaire only operates an online store at the moment. We provide our services from our website in Miami, Florida, and ship from our warehouse. However, we hope to launch a physical store in the nearest future.


5. Do I have to create an account to order on Bandionaire Clothing?

No, you do not have to create an account through the website in order to place an order. You can simply go through the product page and submit the requirements to place your order directly. However, we recommend you to open an account with us. This will make your future purchases easy and fast.

No, we do not offer personalized clothing services at the moment. However, we are open to feedback and may consider this option in the nearest future.

There is a Size Guide provided on every product page. All you need to do in order know your size is to follow the chart in the Size Guide to determine the right size for you. Then match the result with the sizes available in the product specification box.


10. Does Bandionaire Clothing ship worldwide?

No, we do not ship worldwide. We only ship within the United States, Australia, Canada, and countries within Europe. However, we are working towards shipping to all parts of the world soon.


11. How much does it cost to ship my order?

The shipping cost varies depending on the weight of your order. The order weight and equivalent shipping cost will be calculated and provided to you during your order checkout. Meanwhile, we offer free shipping if the total amount of your order is $100 or above.


12. Can I change my shipping information?

Yes, you may change your shipping information – provided that your order (if any) has not been processed and dispatched for delivery. 13. Can I use my own courier agent to ship my order?

No, we do not currently offer this feature. Most of the orders on Bandionaire are shipped by the United States Postal Services (USPS) with tracking ability. This also enables us to track and monitor your orders.

Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 5 – 10 business days (excluding weekends). Also, there may be a slight delay in delivery due to the effect of COVID-19.

Bandionaire ships 99% of its orders through the United States Postal Services (USPS).
